Boosterhörner
Ein Boosterhorn verstärkt mit seiner leicht aufgeweiteten Bauform die vom Ultraschallwandler erzeugte Amplitude. Das Boosterhorn ist mit einem Innengewinde zur Montage einer Sonotrode versehen. Das Außengewinde dient zum Druckdichten Anschluss von Beschallungsgefäßen. Je nach Beschallungsgefäß sind separate Adapter erhältlich.
Stufen- und Boosterhörner für austauschbare Sonotroden
Sie übertragen die Schwingungen auf die Sonotrode und vergrößern deren Amplitude. Das entsprechende Horn wird mit dem Ultraschallwandler fest verschraubt.
Hörner SH für den Anschluss austauschbarer Sonotroden; Hörner TH haben eine feste Spitze. Alle verfügen über ein Außengewinde zum Anschluss verschiedener Gefäße mit einem Normschliffadapter.

Durchflussshörner
Zur Herstellung stabiler Gemische sonst nicht oder nur schwer mischbarer Flüssigkeiten (Öl / Wasser). An das Außengewinde können verschiedene Normschliffgefäße mit Adaptern NA angeschlossen werden. In Kombination mit der Durchflusszelle DG 4 G können zwei verschiedene Medien durch direkte Zuführung in das Kavitationsfeld kontinuierlich beschallt und temperiert werden.

Aus PTFE oder Edelstahl zum dichten Anschluss von Laborgefäßen mit Normschliff oder Flansch. Mit Hilfe der Adapter können vorhandene Beschallungsgefäße an das Stufen- bzw. Boosterhorn mit Außengewinde angeschlossen werden.
