Bei Anschluss des Temperaturfühlers an den Ultraschallgenerator wird das Temperaturmodul aktiviert und es kann ein Grenzwert für die Abschaltung des Ultraschall-Energieeintrags eingestellt werden. Eine unerwünschte, übermäßige Erwärmung der beschallten Probe wird damit ausgeschlossen.
